Do you accept orders from outside the US?
While I do accept intenrational orders, due to USPS restrictions I am unable to accept orders from the following countries:
- Afghanistan
- Belarus
- Brunei Darussalam
- Central African Republic
- Cuba
- Gaza Strip
- Haiti
- Laos
- Myanmar
- Niue
- Russian Federation
- Syrian Arab Republic
- Yemen
Do you ship to Europe?
Yes, I do ship to Europe. Please note however I do not cover the cost of VAT fees. It is the customer's responsibility to take care of any VAT paperwork and fees once the package reaches Europe.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Please keep in mind this is a one person ran side business, I will do my best to get your order packed and shipped as fast as I can. Once your order has been shipped; orders within the US should arrive within 2 weeks of original ship date, for orders outside of the US please allow 2+ weeks from the original shipping date.
How will my order be shipped?
For orders with 4x6 prints or stickers only I will be using regular envelopes and postage stamps.
For orders including bulky items like acrylic charms or amigurumi I will be using bubble mailers.
Do you offer tracking?
For packages mailed in bubble mailers I am more than happy to provide tracking information.
Unfortunately for orders with flat paper products only (i.e. stickers, 4x6 prints), I am unable to provide shipping and tracking information since I will be using stamps and envelopes to mail these products to you.
What are the retun and exchange policies?
I will only accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellation if the order has not shipped yet. Once your order has left my hands I can not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final once your order has shipped. If you would like to cancel or make adjustments to your order, please use the Contact Page or email me at [email protected] as soon as possible so I can work with you.
I got my order but an item was damaged. What do I do?
In the case of a damaged item please contact me through the Contact Page or email me at [email protected]. Please include your order number and a picture of the damaged item. Based on the damages to your product I will be happy to replace the item or provide a partial refund.
I got my order but an item is missing, what do I do?
I apologize for the inconvenience. If you find an item missing from your order please contact me through the Contact page or email me at [email protected]. Please attach your order number with the item missing from your order. I will get the missing item to you as fast as I can. If you need the item by a certain date please let me know so I can choose the appropriate shipping methods.
I have not received my package, what do I do?
I apologize for the delays. If your order has not arrived please contact me using the Contact page or email me at [email protected] with your order number. I will check if tracking information is available for your order. If your order has gone missing I will issue a replacement and get it shipped to you as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind Domestic orders within the US can take up to 2 weeks from shipping date, and international orders can take more than 2 weeks from shipping date. If 2 weeks have yet to pass from the shipping date I will ask that you wait a little longer before I mail out replacements.
Do you take Commissions?
At the moment I do not accept Commission work.
